Online speech and language therapy sessions from the convenience of your own home.

Teletherapy, also known as telepractice, is the delivery of therapeutic services over an online platform that allows for two-way communciation.  Some examples of these platforms include Google Hangouts, ZOOM, and Skype.

What is teletherapy?

Though teletherapy can be effective for most children, it may not be right for every child or every family.  However, without trying it, it would be hard to know whether or not your child might benefit from teletherapy.  We strongly encourage you to try a teletherapy session and talk with the therapist to see if it is a fit for you and your child.

Is teletherapy right for me or my child?

ACCESSIBLE
Because sessions are conducted online from the convenient location of your choice, access to therapy is easier than ever! No more missed sessions due to traffic or family illnesses that impacted the ability to get to a therapy office.

MOTIVATING
In today's world of growing technology, teletherapy uses online platforms that children find motivating and fun!

EFFECTIVE
Research has shown that teletherapy can be just as effective as in-person treatment sessions.  Teletherapy has been endorsed by the American Speech Language Hearing Association as an appropriate and effective delivery model that allows for progress and success in reaching goals in speech and language development.
